Refund policy
OH MY GRADY DESIGNS REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All our items are made to order for our customers upon purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange on any store products.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We ask you to contact us to ask any questions before purchase is made and we will do our best to address your enquiry.
Due to differences in screens and computer monitors, colours in the prints may vary slightly.
In the event that your items are delivered faulty, damaged during shipping, or are different from how we have described them in the listing on our website we will issue a refund or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements.
In the event you have received damaged or incorrect item/s, please contact us as soon as possible since delivery of the goods by emailing us at hello@omgdesigns.com.au
We will require photos as well as a description of the damage or issue.
Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund, they have no expiry.
Custom designed orders are not eligible for exchange as these are exclusively made as once off products.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, please email hello@omgdesigns.com.au for further details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Oh My Grady Designs Warranty:
We offer a 12 month product warranty on our framed items. Oh My Grady Designs is not liable if the framed artwork has been dropped, stored incorrectly, displayed in wet areas where damage has occurred or displayed in direct or bright sunlight and fading occurs.
